Refund Policy
At Server Pundits Private Limited, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise in relation to the nature of the services we provide. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer refunds in the following cases:
Service not rendered:
If a service is cancelled at the buyer’s request before the actual service starts, a full refund will be provided.
Delayed service delivery:
If a service cannot be delivered within the specified time frame due to issues on the part of Server Pundits Private Limited, a partial refund of up to 10% per occurrence will be granted, starting from the third occurrence. It should be noted that the service is considered to have started once the buyer has provided all the necessary information for service delivery, such as access and project specifications. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in the decline of a refund request.
Service not-as-described:
If a delivered service does not match its description, the buyer may submit a refund request within 7 days of the incident. The request must include clear evidence and detailed information demonstrating the discrepancy. a full refund will be provided.
Please note the following details regarding refund requests:
- Requests for refunds can be made by raising a ticket or sending an email to [email protected]. The request will be reviewed and accepted or rejected within a period of two weeks from the time the ticket is raised.
- The refund request should be accompanied by detailed and well-founded reasons supporting the request. Please ensure that the request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
