Server Pundits Private Limited agrees to offer the following technical support services:

Customer Communication:

  • Promptly respond to customer emails, calls, and live chat regarding any issues related to the services provided.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance or solutions as necessary.

Network and Server Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor network and server infrastructure as per the instructions provided upon engagement.
  • Identify and promptly address any potential network or server issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Issue Resolution:

  • Take necessary actions to resolve identified issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Remote Server Access: If required, the service provider may log in to servers remotely to investigate and rectify issues.
  • Collaboration with Suppliers: Communicate with relevant suppliers, vendors, or partners to resolve issues and obtain necessary support.
  • Research and Fixes: Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate solutions and apply fixes to address any encountered problems.

General

In order to effectively deliver our services to you, we kindly request that you provide us with adequate details and access to your services, policies, and systems. This will enable us to fulfill our responsibilities in assisting you.

Please note that Server Pundits Private Limited cannot be held responsible for any issues or disruptions that may occur with your servers, including any downtime or service interruptions. While we strive to provide reliable and efficient support, the ultimate responsibility for server uptime rests with you.

Billing

All accounts are established on a pre-pay basis. As a customer, it is your responsibility to promptly notify Server Pundits Private Limited of any changes in your credit card type, PayPal email address, or credit card expiration date. Monthly billing for credit card accounts will occur once a month.

In the event of a declined credit card payment, you will have a grace period of seven days to make the payment. If the outstanding payment is not received within these seven days, your account will be temporarily placed on hold until the services are fully paid for.

Pricing

Server Pundits Private Limited retains the right to modify pricing terms for any services at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you about any changes in pricing terms, ensuring transparency and providing you with advance notice whenever possible.

Cancellations

To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to our sales department for authorization purposes. Kindly note that cancellations cannot be processed through live chat or any instant messaging platforms. While no formal notice is required, and there are no cancellation fees, we kindly request that you provide us with a 30-day prior notice if you decide to cancel the service.

We, too, reserve the right to cancel the service for any reason, and in such cases, we will provide you with a 30-day advance notice.

Data Backups

The customer acknowledges and agrees to take regular backups of all sensitive and critical data on a daily basis. This includes, but is not limited to, client data, hosting account data, server configuration data, and any other data that is deemed essential for the daily operations of the company and servers.

These backups serve as a crucial restore point in case of emergencies, accidents, or mistakes. Should any such incidents occur, the customer will have recent backups available to recover any missing, corrupted, or modified data, ensuring the prompt resolution of emergency situations.

Prior to Server Pundits Private Limited commencing its services, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that comprehensive backups of all systems are in place and regularly maintained.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Server Pundits Private Limited strictly prohibits the use of abusive material or engaging in harassment directed towards our employees. This includes the use of abusive language, harassment, or any form of communication through phone, email, chat, or any other electronic means. Such behavior is considered a violation of our policies.

In the event of serious violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Server Pundits Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without prior notice. We take these matters seriously to maintain a respectful and professional environment for both our employees and customers.

Negative Feedback

We greatly appreciate the effort and dedication required to build a successful business over the course of several years. Server Pundits Private Limited takes pride in its excellent reputation among server management companies worldwide and strives to uphold this goodwill with the utmost care.

To maintain the quality of our services and address any concerns, we kindly request that negative feedback about Server Pundits Private Limited be shared directly with our Quality/Escalation department through a email. We consider the posting of negative feedback on public forums without prior communication unacceptable. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination without any refund.

We deeply value our clients and make every effort to ensure their satisfaction. We respectfully ask that you discuss any issues or challenges you may have faced with Server Pundits Private Limited directly with our Quality/Escalation Department before resorting to public forums. Our goal is to maintain transparency in our operations and always go the extra mile to support our customers.

Disclosure of Confidential Information

The Disclosing Party may, on occasion, share Confidential Information with the Receiving Party. In such cases, the Receiving Party agrees to adhere to the following obligations:

(a) The Receiving Party will limit the disclosure of Confidential Information solely to its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively referred to as “Representatives”) who require such information for the purpose of the current or contemplated business relationship between the parties outlined in this Agreement.

(b) The Receiving Party will inform its Representatives about the confidential nature of the disclosed information and the obligations specified in this Agreement. The Receiving Party will ensure that its Representatives maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Confidential Information.

(c) The Receiving Party will handle all Confidential Information with a reasonable degree of care, taking precautions not less than those employed to safeguard its own confidential information.

(d) The Receiving Party will refrain from disclosing any received Confidential Information to third parties, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

By subscribing to and/or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to fully accept, comply with, and understand all of our ‘Terms & Conditions’.
